Our atelier is staffed by master carvers who inherited their trade from their fathers. Quality Control and Virtual Client Walkthroughs

Before any custom sculpture leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict quality control inspection. We measure the finished piece against the signed CAD drawing to ensure all dimensional tolerances are met.

However, since our clients are often located thousands of miles away in London, Munich, or Riyadh, we believe they should see the finished piece before it is loaded onto a truck. We set up studio-grade lighting in our workshop to capture high-resolution photos and videos of the sculpture from every angle. We also host live virtual walkthroughs, allowing the design team to inspect the textures, joint lines, and finish in real-time. Only when the client has given their final digital approval do we clear the piece for the packaging department.

Packaging, Export, and Site Delivery

Shipping a multi-tonne custom stone sculpture across the ocean requires specialized logistics. We build heavy-duty, IPPC-certified timber crates customized to the exact shape of the sculpture. The stone is wrapped in protective closed-cell foam and secured inside the crate with timber struts and steel bands to ensure it cannot shift even a millimeter during transit.

Our logistics team manages the entire export process: Inland road freight from our Rajasthan facility to Mundra Port in Gujarat. Customs clearance, phytosanitary certification, and export documentation. Ocean freight and customs clearance at the destination port (such as Jebel Ali in Dubai or Southampton in the UK). On-door delivery directly to the hotel construction site under CIF or DDP terms.
